We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Rahiq is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may use the app to track prayer times, read the Quran, perform adhkar, build Islamic habits, and watch live streams of the holy mosques.

You must not use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or in any way that is harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive.

The Rahiq app, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by Sajjad Akhtar and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Quranic text, translations, and hadith content are from verified public-domain or open-source Islamic sources. We do not claim ownership over these.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without prior written permission.

Rahiq provides Islamic content including prayer times, Quranic text, and hadith sourced from established scholarly references.

Prayer times are calculated using standard scholarly methods and may differ slightly from local mosque announcements. Always verify with your local imam for precise rulings.

We strive to include only authentic (sahih) hadith. All hadiths are sourced from Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, or other verified authentic chains.

We are not a religious authority. Consult a qualified Islamic scholar for matters of fiqh and religious rulings.

The app streams content from third-party sources including the Al-Quran Cloud API, Islamic Network CDN, and HadeethEnc. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

Live streams of Masjid al-Haram and Masjid an-Nabawi are provided by official Saudi Arabian television channels. Availability depends on their services.

Rahiq is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that prayer times will be 100% accurate in all locations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rahiq and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
